Most dailies also reported that close to 4.2 million Kenyans negatively listed on the Credit Reference Bureau (CRBs) would soon be removed from the list of defaulters as President William Ruto moves to actualise one of his campaign pledges.
The daily highlighted the story of Sally, a resident of Mathare slums in Nairobi who revealed that she was infected with HIV in the streets where she works as a lady of the night and that it is now her time to revenge.
Sally was introduced to prostitution immediately after high school since she couldn't raise money for university or secure a job.

Things, however, took a wrong turn towards the end of 2015 when she started feeling sickly and would often collapse.
After collapsing one time, she was taken to the hospital, where an HIV test was conducted, and the results came out positive.

On Monday, November 14, the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) unveiled the credit repair framework that will see commercial banks, microfinance banks, and mortgage finance banks write off at least 50% of the outstanding digital loans non-performing by the end of October 2022.
With the outstanding balance estimated at KSh 30 billion, the write-off will see the loss of at least KSh 15 billion worth of bad loans, a move that is likely to dent their bottom line.

According to the publication, the United States government has offered a bounty of KSh 2.44 billion for information that would lead to the identification and location of key Al-Shabaab leaders and help to disrupt the terrorist group's financial mechanisms.
Half of the amount, KSh 1.22 billion, will be awarded to whoever will give information for the capture of Al-Shabaab's emir, Ahmed Diriye, his deputy, Mahad Karate, and US citizen Jehad Mostafa, who is the group's media boss and expert in handling explosives used during attacks.
The other half of the bounty will be for helpful information that would assist the US government in preventing Al-Shabaab from making or obtaining money through illegal means and interrupting its operations.
