The DP was accompanied by his spouse Pastor Dorcas Rigathi.
“Forbes 30 Under 30 recognises outstanding young innovative entrepreneurs in tech, the creatives, culture, sports health, and science, among other fields.
“At least four very outstanding young Kenyans were awarded in 2022,” the DP said in a statement.
He added: “Youth entrepreneurship is central to the transformation of Kenya and indeed, Africa. It is key to tackling the unemployment rate on the Continent, which stands at 12.7 per cent.
“Through the Bottom-up Economic Transformation Agenda, the Ruto Administration is contributing to the Africa Rising trajectory.”
Gachagua will also meet Kenyans living in Botswana.
The summit will take place between April 23-26.
