Vanessa Akinyi, popularly known as Cartoon Comedian/Actress, has released a new song called “Mbona Unacheat” alluding to her dramatic breakup.
On September 24th, Cartoon posted a message on her Instagram saying that she had been going through heartbreak after splitting with her partner ending the message with #mbonaunacheat.
“I’ve been hurting kidogo, after my love break up scenario…I thought I’m Taliban kumbe mi ni baby girl. I’ll be back after nimepona…” (sic) she wrote.
In the newly released single, Cartoon, expresses her displeasure and frustration of going through a breakup that is caused by infidelity.
The song was produced by Boutouss while the video was shot by Deba.
The comedian has released two other songs, “Acheni Jokes” and “Kamkora”.
It remains unclear whether her heartbreak was real or whether it was just marketing for the new song.
