Speaking to a local radio station, the thespian stated that they have already made plans to sue the culprit behind the video. He however failed to divulge further information noting that he will update fans regarding the entire process.
“Mipango iko underway ni we are going to take action…we will take legal action, kwa sasa siezi kupa details but in the near future legal action will be taken,” he said.
“There is a plan… we are going to take legal action. We will take legal action. At the moment, I am unable to disclose details of the entire process but in the near future legal action will be taken,” he stated.
“I love Georgina Njenga, hakuna kitu inaeza tubabaisha… Mpenzi hawezi tingizwa,” Baha said.
The video of Georgina made rounds on social media since Wednesday, January 4, 2023.
In the clip that was first shared by famous blogger Edgar Obare, Georgina is seen dancing and whining her waist as she exposed her private parts.
The video gained traction with quarters criticising the beauty and cautioning Baha against proceeding with the relationship. Others defended the beauty and blamed the culprit behind the video.
