Jubilee Party Secretary General Jeremiah Kioni has advised the outfit’s supporters not to wear party’s attire during today’s Azimio la Umoja-One Kenya coalition’s mass action.
In a statement on Sunday evening, Kioni said he had information that some p****e were planning to cause chaos while donning the party’s attire.
“This evening (Sunday, March 19), I have been made aware of a devious plot by our opponents and detractors to dress up some characters in Jubilee Party attire and merchandise, with the intention to use these persons to disrupt peace and cause chaos during the P****e’s mass action.
“In light of this, I wish to give guidance as follows: Please note that this is a march by Kenyans not a Jubilee Party event, as such none of our members and supporters attending the march tomorrow should dress up in Jubilee Party attire or colours,” he said.
He further insisted that the demos will be peaceful and called on the party supporters to be mindful of the rights of other Kenyans.
“Once again I urge you all to turn up in large numbers as we gather and march for justice and the right for everyone to afford living in this country,” he stated.
