In a series of Instagram stories, Huddah praised the youthful parliamentarian as she recalled how he helped her in the past when she was broke and unable to raise money for next month’s rent.

Narrating Babu Owino’s good deeds, the veteran socialite said her first encounter with the parliamentarian was when she was living in a bedsitter apartment along Kandara Road in Kileleshwa struggling to make ends meet.

Even though she can not remember who introduced her to Babu Owino, what she recalls is he called and picked up her in his Mercedes Benz.

“Let me tell y’all Babu Owino will put the youths on the game!

I was struggling, Yani I didn’t know where the next rent would come from. I don’t know how or who introduced me to Babu Owino those days. I lived in a bed-sitter hapo kile. Kandara rd Babu calls me one day, picks me up in a Benz! Yes, dude had a Benz them days, “Huddah narrated.

She went on to say that they took a drive around the Arboretum adding that in the middle of the drive, Babu asked her if she was tired of living hand to mouth.

In addition, Huddah revealed that she is grateful to the vocal parliamentarian since his call changed her life and mindset adding that he showed her how to make money and she stopped living hand to mouth lifestyle.

“I think Dude could tell I was struggling for real! He asked me ” are you tired of living hand to mouth?”
Was I even living? We took a drive around Arboretum Drive & he showed me how to make some coins!

The rest is history ! But he opened my poverty-stricken eyes,” she disclosed.

Huddah further stated that even though he has his shortcomings, the ODM lawmaker is a great man with a kind heart.

She noted that Babu can not ignore when he sees his fellow youth struggling, he will come to the rescue adding that apart from helping the needy, he is at the forefront of calling out bad governance that affects his people.

“But deep down Babu Owino is a great man. He won’t see youths struggling. His city turning to a slum & anyamaze! he will get you dollars,” she disclosed.
