The Directorate of Criminal Investigations is mourning the death of its lead creative designer Boniface Muganda, who was hit by a speeding motorist Saturday night along the northern by-bass in the Nairobi metropolitan area. Muganda who was attached to the Corporate Communications and Public Affairs Unit was headed home on his motorbike when he was hit by a speeding vehicle. The Directorate of Criminal Investigations says it is probing the incident.
